Whether you're an OG or a rookie, you can't expect to receive Benihana services by only ordering water & appetizers while having a Chinese takeout budget! I mean, prices have been cut drastically, and as a result that means a decrease in profit. So... that priority processing you got used to receiving got cut right along with the prices. That "grey area" a lot of y'all existed in has expired. Unless you' re a consistent customer, a reputable, have history with us, or a bulker then you'll receive STANDARD service. This entitlement some of y'all have when ordering 1 on sale item every 18 months is crazy. Like be for real with yourself. This is not Amazon Prime, nor does this pay any bills. I don't owe you NOTHING but what you've pay for, period. We respect both; your time and ours. But stop acting like you just spent $20k for bustdown and it's been 3 weeks since you ordered. If you're not going to purchase more or more often, then either be patient or DON'T ORDER! There isn’t a customer alive who’s ordered and never received. So at least have enough decency when ordering to know you've always and will always receive your order but I'm human with responsibilities fam, so that little $60 bucks is not going to get prioritized the same as $1500. There is always room for improvement, as well as different obstacles behind the scenes, so I thank all of you who aren't apart of the above mentioned for your courtesy as well as your mindfulness when you did not have to be. You will be catered to... ALWAYS!!! ACCESS IS BEING MANUALLY GRANTED. We will no longer entertain or even show interest to anyone who is not ordering. Go waste someone else's time. Y'all mess it up for people who are actually interested. If you email with a question that can be answered by reading the FAQ page, then you won't get a response.
