  We use PayPal as our payment processors to ease any doubts our new customers may have. Anyone who has ever placed an order has received their products, period.
For those who haven't ordered from us, you can’t be scammed with PayPal. If the order doesn’t say delivered within a certain time period, then the funds won’t be released. 

This a legit tax paying business. Unlike the other websites, we aren’t money hungry or running a get rich quick scheme. Morals and principles can’t be bought. That’s just the cloth we’re cut from. Why run off with a couple hundred, when we could potentially make thousands?! It’s purely common sense. When you do good by people, good comes to you. LONGEVITY is our goal.

Tracking numbers are provided once the item ships. There is no need to text the number asking for a tracking number. We enter the tracking number on here and with PayPal. We do not receive funds until the item lands so trust me when I tell you, we ship as soon as possible. If you email us asking, "when will my order be shipped or will it be shipped today" when you ordered the day before or on the weekend then you can add an extra day on your order transit time. Rushing us is inconsiderate so expect the same energy in return.

We offer refunds only if the order was never delivered and the customer does not want a replacement. For safety reasons and because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for any other reasons. As a small business, our costs, including time, materials, shipping, and fees, amount to 75-80% of the order value. Once a bottle is opened, numerous factors can affect its condition.

If a bottle arrives open, we will provide a replacement of equal or lesser value, provided that proper photos are submitted within one hour of delivery. Please note that replacements are issued only once. If issues persist, which may indicate an attempt to exploit our policy, we will offer a discount code after the first replacement. While complications are rare, there is a process for requesting a replacement.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 24 hours to return the item in its original, unopened condition for a replacement. We cannot accept opened items. The 24-hour window is sufficient to determine if you are satisfied with the product. Please note that dissatisfaction must be due to the product not matching the description or image provided.

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 72 business hours after payment has been made, excluding weekends and holidays. Several factors, such as the time of purchase, order size, supplies, order day, and current order volume, contribute to determining the shipping time.

Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following business day unless additional shipping services are selected. Arrival time can range from 1 to 4 business days. Please note that we have no control over USPS delivery times. Our responsibility is to process, package, and drop off your order within a reasonable timeframe. If you wish to expedite the order process, options are available in the "Shipping Services" tab. Additionally, please be aware that shipping may take longer during holiday seasons.

  It is impossible to sell a prescribed drug on the internet, without 1 of the many law enforcement agencies kicking your door in. Also, the black market (street value) of these replicas are $1500+. The price alone should let you know these aren't real. We are a PROP site meaning we only sell fore the purpose of photography, music, & videography purposes.

  Each brand has a different syrup and flavor. The syrup inside is drug free, non addicting, and all natural. It is similar tasting to the real brands. Also, the color of the syrup depends on the brand. For example, Wockhardt is neon purple/pink, that is the color of our Wock Prop syrup.

*For legal reasoning, your item will ship as a 80% kit with the precut sticker needing to be attached once it arrives.*

 Even if you do not have a PayPal Account, you can still place an order. When checking out, there is an option on PayPal that says "OR" Use Debit or Credit Card". We also accept cash app as a form of payment. We did accept debit and credit cards but do to the high risk levels of scammers and potential fraud, it is safer for us to use PayPal so we are protected in the long run and won't lose out on bottles in the midst of banks doing charge backs. 

Yes! Due to customs, we are now going to ship the prop and the label precut and detached to guarantee a smooth customs process. We have shipped props with labels attached and had no issues with customs but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Keep in mind if an item is confiscate, we WILL RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE. Also, the  Overseas shipping option must be selected when checking out and customer must pay import fees when package arrives thru UPS. A signature is required upon arrival to guarantee delivery. Tracking number is provided as well

Wholesale pricing is determined by multiple factors. 

• brand or brands you want. Getting 1 brand will always be cheaper due to it being less work on our end. 
• quantity- The number of props you want.
• Using PayPal vs Cashapp Business. Paypal fees are alot higher the more expensive an order is due to it being more at risk for chargebacks, frauds, etc. We prefer using cashapp Business because it helps us save on fees and allows us to give the customer a better price. We understand everyone doesn’t use cashapp so being a repeat customer and trustworthiness determines how we will accept payment for your bulk order. Under certain circumstances, we can make accomodations accordingly.
• All orders made thru cashapp are handled the same way they would be if the order was placed through PayPal. We are a legit tax paying business.

 We cannot stress enough how important it is to have your shipping information correct. Please have your shipping info entered in google or apple maps format. The ONLY way we will be able to cover the package is if there is problem BEFORE the item reaches your address

Only if a tracking number has NOT been provided. There is a 50% restocking fee on cancelled orders (you will only be refunded half of your order total for shipping, fees & production cost)
